Do all 2017 Tacomas come with paint protection film on the mirror backs and front?

I just recently bought a 2017 TRD OFF Road and the sticker has the door cup and edge guard film package but doesn't mention anything about the mirror backs or front but it definitely has the film there. I thought this was just part of the hood package. Has anyone else seen this? It also has film on the rear quarter panel

 

No and on the breakdown of what you paid for the truck it's in there some place, as you certainly didn't get it for free. So whether you wanted it or not you paid for it.

 

It wasn't anywhere in the price so I wasn't sure

 

Maybe you lucked out and got the extra areas for free, but I highly doubt it.

 

They charged you for the free Toyota care oil changes and rotations and added paint sealing and interior protection. Wow paint sealant and a can of scocthguard is $40 bucks tops. That's such a rip off.

 

All Weather Mats fucking 309.00??? You could get 2 complete sets of Husky's for that. And Cargo Bed Light for 269.00, I have the same one's for 59.99 from Toyota. Boy they really are fucking people straight in the Brown Star with all this stuff.

Yes it’s all a ripoff. Luckily I bought the truck for 37,500 before TTL with predator step bars included instead of the over 42,000MSRP it would’ve been

I got the same floor matts tossed in for free, there still not worth it.

 

The bad thing is that isn’t the dealership, it’s the distributor. The dealership added tinted windows and dent protection on top of that lol

 

Still someone screwing you in the end. I ended up with a few goodies thrown onto mine that were actually nice upgrades and the price was a steal

 

Definitely, that's why I had the predator step bars thrown in and I think 37500 for a fully loaded with JBL Tacoma is a decent deal

 

But back on topic, so no one has the film on the mirrors or the front? Or the rear quarter panels?

 

I don't have any on my mirrors or front panels. I do have 2 on the bed sides, that you showed; one at the front edge and the other at the back corner above the plastic wing thing.

 

Every truck will have it at the bottom of the front edge of the bed and behind the tires. That's it.

 

Thanks everyone for the replies. Funny story about the prices on the sticker, I showed it to my dad and told him I wanted the JBL and he thought just the JBL speakers were $3000 at first

 

You paid $3,000.00 for cheap paper cone garbage speakers and such? Fuck you could of put a whole Hertz system in for that. Wow shame people don't research first.

 

I got the premium and technology package with JBL. The JBL cost an extra 700 I believe. But thanks for the condescending comment, I'll consult with you before any future purchases
