    Not the finest welds yet, but with each puddle they get a little better. These three components are completed. Only have the cross-over left, but have to wait until Monday to get more shielding gas.

    No the lifters aren't apart of the cylinder head. The heads need to be removed to get the lifters out anyway. I would replace them.

    So best recommendation I can give is clean more. Scotch bright the crap out of it. Then when you think it's enough go more then acetone. Purge wait for a minute or two then weld. You will find this will help a ton.

    Those were done. Turns out that my main issue, was not using a gas lense. Even with 20 CFH on a #8 cup, with a little bit more than a 1/4" stick-out, it still would be grey. Swapped in the gas lense, and a Furick cup, amd boom. Started getting the proper color. Which I should add, were some of your earliest recommendations.

    Gas coverage I can't stress enough. I have the furick bbw cup an have it at 35-40 cfh. Also tungsten angle and grind finish makes a enormous difference also. If you have any questions or whatever just hit me up more than happy to help you get those weldporn welds goin.

    I don't have the BBW yet. Just the #12. I was using 25 CFH, but not near the stick-out, since I was running low on gas and needed it to last.

    stainless, inconel, titanium. aluminum you dont need the insane gas coverage or large gas lens you want it more focused.

    Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    We were slow at work so i blindly adjusted my fuel table and for just guessin i feel like i got pretty close (educated guesses since i have done this now a few times.) everything less that 0 psi was at ~-.36 v and i bumped everything to -.24v and went a head and bumped in a little fuel in boost too like ~.08 added to every square in boost. Im a touch rich cruising now i guess but that should be an easy fix now.
