    I'm usually 4-5 hours at work. But as long as I get my shit done I can be 30mins, salaried. Only 5 mins from work anyway if someone needs something.

    That's pretty handy. My job at the college was like that. Sort of. Was a nice pro. I hope when my contract comes up for renewal I can get a raise a go salary. But for now I enjoy reaping the overtime haha
