It is exactly $3100 markup yes. Dealer is one of my childhood friends and hooked it up. I did have to drive from Vancouver to Kelowna as well, plus negotiate some extra numbers on the trade. He was able to give me more by playing with numbers and giving me a cash incentive plus other little goodies. I did have to write him the best review ever and help with a couple other things. They do have I believe a 2-3% hold back as well; that's probably how he did it.

No doc fee, no accessories, heater etc. I do all the other stuff myself and he knew that. Hell no warranty, undercoat, Scotch guard, extended warranty, etc.

I work in the manufacturing of Toyota vechiles in Ontario.
    We get cost minus 1000.
    Family gets cost plus 800.
That is our incentive to buy.
I like it because I don’t have to negotiate at the dealer.

So went back to dealer today and renegotiated.

    Here it is:

    2018 DCLB Sport Upgrade. (Cement)

    43650 MSRP + 381.51 Block heater
    Discount of 2629.48=41402+1785 (freight) +100 (ac) +20 (tire) =43307.03

    After tax 48069.60 all in.

    Pretty happy with this. Thoughts?

I have not included provincial tax (hst), license fees (plate and sticker) or financing. These will be different depending on province or transfer fees (mine was $25 due to simply swapping plates /sticker from my old truck and not new plates or extending my sticker).
