I guess it's been a while since an update.
I have added quite a few prototype parts as well as powder coated all the racks.
Haven't done too much more but have been using the truck a lot!
Here are some pics of the most recent changes and some recent trips. IMG_0184.jpgIMG_0182.jpgIMG_0166.jpgIMG_0169.jpgIMG_0128.jpgIMG_0031.jpgIMG_0036.jpgIMG_0049.jpgIMG_0060.jpgIMG_0048.jpg

I have some new equipment coming to the shop in the next couple weeks, once I get that, prototype to production will be much quicker! Should have a lot of new products in the not to far future.

Awesome because I am still looking to get my hands on your rear bumper. I dont have BSM so no worries there. Looking forward to the new product releases.

Dude! Your hitch must be trashed.

So, like ball parking a guesstimate, you thinking early spring?

EDIT: Do you have your spare tire in the stock location?

That would be awesome, Ben. Maybe this time next year.

Would be looking to do something like this.

    Hitch is holding up great!

Probably around there for finalization but just depends on the orders.
Right now I have about 50 100 series bumper orders i have to get out.

Yes, tire is in the factory location

You might need to expand your operations to meet demand.

    Anyway, great work.

I'm sure we could work something out.
I'm in the process of setting up the new shop for manufacturing, plasma table should be here in a couple weeks and cnc press brake will come after that. Plus I actually have the space now.
I looking forward to starting on some custom builds in the future!

Id be super interested in that rack as well, its beautiful. Just love that it works with a cap. But I can't imagine I could get my hands on one without going out to CO to pick it up.

Really nice work all around, I'm surprised you didnt make fabrication a full time thing sooner, seems you've been doing fantastic work for awhile now.

Nice, i want to also keep my factory spare in the stock location. How much (guesstimate?) do you expect to sell the rear bumper for?

I'm expanding slowly, I'm having a hard time finding any help that can produce the quality I expect. The welding seams to be the hardest part as I keep hearing I'm to picky:)IMG_0143.jpgIMG_0176.jpg

For the wing kit like I have on mine we are probably looking at $500-600 for steel and $600-700 for aluminum

    Thanks!
Yeah, that would be a custom job and I would need the truck for a few days to build it. I do plan to offer the aluminum modular rack for the first gens though

How do they mount? I am guessing we remove those sections of our stock bumpers and somehow bolts these up? Any pictures of the back side of the bumper?

Yes, these will replace the factory wings,
They bolt on to the hitch and will have an internal gusset that bolts directly to the side of the frame. No pics yet.
Once I finalize I will get some detailed pics.

    Those are sick welds.

Yea, I hear yea on the help. I’m in construction, and it’s getting hard to find people that will show up to work every day. Let alone on time.

It’s better to grow slower anyway.

    Nice looking shop.

I would love to get my hands on the front bumper, and anxious to see what you come up with for the rear.
