Hey guys sorry if this was posted before. I’m thinking about doing the rigid fog light kit. The one from Amazon comes with dually floods. My buddy recommended the rigid sae d series fogs. Thoughts?

Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
definitely run the SAE D series. They're awesome. Aimed properly, no one will hassle or high beam you over them

Will the brackets allow for much adjustment?

Well here’s my issue, my buddy had a set of the sae fogs, we tried them out and they have a significant band pattern

Not sure what you mean? You want to run them as fogs, and they have a fog pattern? If you get flood you should not use them on the street, they will be off road use only because they have no beam cut off.

However note the Rigid pods are not compatible with the Caliraised fog pod bracket.

Right, they make 05-11 brackets and leave us 12-15s out to dry from a real pod mount.

Rago Fab makes a 12-15 pod I believe they are Rigid pod friendly

Solid find, thanks! Rigid uses a lower pod mount location unlike the standard center height pod location (mid-body) that almost all pod mounts are designed to use, so the fog mounts need to be designed specifically for Rigids.

You can do the Baja Design and it can be swapped back to factory

Despite what Baja Designs advertises they do not offer any LED pods that are acceptable for street use. They do make outstanding products, but they are for off road use only. Many people mistake mounting in the fog location as acceptable then for use on the street.

I just installed the Baja Designs Squadron Sport Wide cornering lights in the fog light location in my 2011 Tacoma. I had them wired to their own dedicated switch. These things will blind oncoming traffic. Standing in front of my truck with the headlights on bright and the Squadrons on made the high beam headlights look yellow and dull. I could look directly at the headlights, but looking at the Squadrons was like looking into the sun. Good investment for off road, but not for driving on the highway with traffic.

    Exactly.

And yet Baja Designs advertises them as 'street friendly'. I've called them on it in their threads and they insist their wide cornering is 'street friendly.' Anyone who knows about lighting would strongly disagree.

Definitely no street friendly cut offs there.

Left is Rigid. Right is Baja, which bleads over above and below the Rigids.

Or maybe you meant top and bottom pic?

Top is Rigid only, for the example of clean cut offs. Bottom is Rigid left and Baja right, Baja emitting light/glare in all directions, including above cut offs of the adjacent Rigids.
