I'm pretty sure milky white fluid in your oil is indicative of a coolant leak?

From what I understand from previous people posting about it it’s from condensation where you may not drive far enough to let the heat of the engine evaporate the condensation causing that milky stuff, it seems to happen quite often. I would still look into it to make sure it isn’t anything bad though.

Long shot, but anyone want to swap out a 3rd gen MGM sport hood for an off road hood?

Attention Asheville people. I have a friend living there who may need a drive line balance done. 2000 Tacoma, 4wd. Who could y'all suggest? His truck is vital to his work so is a job that needs to be done quickly.
    Thanks ahead of time.

What exactly is a drive line balance?

Our drive lines are balanced. Very similar to balancing you tires. For various reasons, on occasion it has to be rebalanced. Maybe a weight fell off, got dented. In my friends case his carrier bearing was replaced (mechanic assures him that it was realigned properly) and he has a shake while driving. Wheels are balanced, aligned. Drive line greased properly.
At this point he wants to ensure drive line is balanced properly.

i'm on those threads just to see whats going on and try and connect with more NC/WNC guys. i tell ya what, you cant post nothing without half of the responses being complete smartass comments. i try and ask a serious question and walk away with nothing. TW FTW!!

I'm at WCU and live up here during the school year, born and raised and still live in arden.

Im in AVL and work in Arden. Moved here a few months ago. I'd love to get a monthly meetup going around here. Maybe do some trail riding / camping trips throughout the year.

I've noticed. I sold my lifted '88 Yota and got a 2016 SR 4x4 before I came down here in July. Been itching to get it dirty.

Mine is a prerunner, but i keep up with the guys i some trails around here. 33" ridge grapplers. theres a trail up here called cane creek that is a pretty good little trail. makes my truck stretch its legs a pretty good amount, and gets it plenty dirty. its called cane creek, dont get it confused with the cane creek near fairview

I bet that pre-runner gets around just fine. My '88 was a 4x4 but i rarely used it on the trails. My 33" BFG KO2's were plenty to keep that heap moving. But if you or anyone else in this thread wants to do a monthly meetup in AVL I'd love to start something here. Maybe a third Sunday thing at one of the breweries. There's a Wednesday night motorcycle meetup at the Wedge in the summer and its a ton of fun. Be cool to do something similar for the Yota fans in the area. I know there's a ton
