feelings mutual....my computer is really starting to show it's age with this model...honestly even my work computer struggles with it
Doesn't help that there are probably 1500-2k squares(that I had to individually click through) to fillet them. There's a lot cooking under this hood

What do you think the best method will be for mounting this badge on our vehicles?

Appreciate your diligence - seems like you made some serious progress.

    Thank you:hattip:

@SeattleTRD17 this will be the easiest/best way. It'll just be a matter if people will want me taping them or leave it to them

I could be printing if that was the case but, at this point I've put so much effort into getting the texture that I'm set to get it right. At least I'll only have to do this 1 time for each model once I finish this

Well if you're painting over it, it won't have to worry about it being sanded to perfection

So I finally go the main model looking as it should but, I found out I'll have to do it again in the print files. So I've hit a crossroads at the moment for one of the models. I'm starting the Bro at the moment and trying it in smaller size changes hoping that will make it faster.

So do you guys want the texture, which will take a few days probably to get finished unless I find a more powerful computer to use; or the smooth background which can be sanded better and can start printing now?

This was the last test print I did of the smooth background. (going forward I'm going to make the layers thinner so it'll be easier to sand away)

Just threw a Bro half onto the printer with texturing to see how it comes out printed......later tonight will be the real decision on if the texturing will work or not on theseTRD Bro Emblem v2.jpg

Imo, the texture looks better on your model. I guess it depends how it prints. Either way, they both look really good!

I'm happy to say but it looks like the textured emblems are going to look awesome! :bananadance:I did a test print of a bro and I'm happy with how it came out. Look below to see for yourself. We're almost there everyone

That looks really really good. I don’t even have a truck (yet) and pretty sure I’m going to buy a set.
