My one neighbor kept feeding two cats now it's like 300cats. What drives me nuts is they uses my tires as scratch poles

It's easy to catch them with live animal traps and a little tuna. Done it a million times. Got the occasional racoon by mistake but they learn pretty fast.

This is my bestie kona our friends found her in a rainstorm as a stow a way under the hood of a bmw. They were alergic to her and she needed a home. I have never been a cat person but this one has sunk her little paws into my heart hahaB972AD2D-655A-41BA-A8E5-70E131EC41AF.jpg CCAC313D-CFAA-4778-96A8-18870805EC75.jpgE6A5A256-414E-4560-90CB-77A418FB1E03.jpg

I have a buddy at work with two indoor-only cats. One got out two years ago and he couldn't catch him. The cat was freaked out and would run from him every time, getting farther and farther away from his house. Weeks went by and although he would spot the cat in his immediate neighborhood from time to time, he could never catch him. My friend was getting really upset, knowing that an indoor cat had little chance of surviving very long outside. So I offered him my trap and told him the tuna trick. He laughed it off and swore it would never work, so to get him to do it I bet him a case of beer. On the very first night he called me maybe about two hours after setting the trap next to his patio. Got him. My trap was back home after a short overnight trip, and I enjoyed the beer. His cat was dirty, a little slimmer, and very happy to be back inside.

$50 seem like a lot of money, but it's like any good tool. You buy it once and use it for life. Ours is over 20 years old and has caught lot's of cats. We've spay-and-released a couple on our own, homed several others, and caugh one that's been with us since 2005 after we helped a farmer catch a bunch on his property.

    This is Ginger.

We've also relocated a couple of groundhogs with it, including (I think) the one that Blackie had to run off.

In the first picture, I can hear Kona saying "this thing you're looking at can't purr, snuggle, and melt your heart with piercing blue eyes like I do". WOW, what a beautiful cat and I like her name Kona.

    The mystery deepens...

At our house (pre fire) we would randomly come home to find socks and undergarments at the bottom of the stairs (bedroom was upstairs).

At the apartment (post fire) I found a cache of the same hidden behind the lazy boy chair in the living room.

Today, we went out for a snowshoe hike and came home to this... two socks and a shoe insert in the hall... (that’s Olivia mastering her photobombing technique, but I don’t think she’s the culprit.)

Three others... can’t figure out who the thief/hoarder is.

I bet that requires an internet connection? There’s is none at this house. We should be moving to our new home though in 5-6 weeks which will have full services.
