2011/12 changes

As I said in another thread - I'd find out about the 2011's through someone I know that works there. Unfortunately they forgot to mention when the 2011's will be out - but he confirmed no major changes to the 2011. The current plan as he understands it is that the Tacoma is slated for some major changes for the 2012 model year. He wasn't sure what they were (he recently retired - was a VP there). Something regarding the Forerunner engine was mentioned - but nothing concrete regarding the engine.

There are over a dozen threads on this topic and there are no concrete answers, just speculation. Some people think that we will also be getting the same v6 in the new 4runner/ FJ. That is about all we can really guess on..

LOL! So what, I should copy and paste the email here? Proof? I could care less if you don't believe me. There's nothing in it for me - just trying to pass on information that I know people here would be interested in. Didn't expect all the whining.
