I amaze even myself when it comes to the vehicles I actually fit in! I am about 6 feet tall and was well over 250 pounds when my cousin took this picture at a car show in Macungie!

This was back in summer 2017...

Yet another story involving the bar where I work, a pretty 20-something Asian female coworker (not my boss this time), the stereo system in my Tacoma, and a certain Shania Twain song referencing a woman's menstrual cycle...

My boss (also Asian, but Korean) had hired this cute Chinese girl as a server, and I met her by accident on the day my boss was training her. My boss and the Chinese girl, despite being different up close, looked remarkably similar from a distance, or at certain angles. I mistook the new girl for my boss, approached her, and called her by my boss's name. I realized it wasn't my boss, we introduced ourselves and shook hands, and she immediately noticed the shiny silver Tacoma I'd just stepped out of...

She asked me some questions about my truck, and the conversation inevitably turned to my stereo system. I asked her if she would like a demonstration of my stereo, and she said yes...

After I showed off my system's true power with the opening of Trivium's Anthem (We Are the Fire), she mentioned that she liked country music, and I ended up putting on Shania Twain...

Before long, a trio of college-age waitresses from my work had gathered around my Tacoma, and everyone within a block of my truck probably ended up hearing Shania belting the following out of my Pioneer speakers...

The car won't start, it's falling apart
I was late for work and the boss got smart
My panty line shows, got a run in my hose
My hair went flat-man, I hate that

Just when I thought things couldn't get worse
I realized I forgot my purse
With all this stress, I must confess
This could be worse than PMS

This job ain't worth the pay

This was in the summertime, and there were several middle school kids in the nearby park, hearing all of this...

THE VERDICT: Chicks dig my truck! Further proof that you don't need lift kits, diesel engines, or tons of chrome to impress the ladies!

 

I also told the aforementioned Chinese server that the A/C in my Tacoma blew a finger-numbing 38°F at the vents, and mentioned that it was probably capable of hardening nipples too...

My three lovely coworkers all got a kick out of that one!

Maybe these ladies want to play hide the sausage?

 

One can only hope!

 

Snagged probably the best parking space at the supermarket just now!

 

Our sound guy found a thoroughly flattened aluminum can in the parking lot at work earlier today...

It held some sort of coffee beverage at one point!

 

Yesterday I had to make lemon and lime juices for the bar, and I came across this lemon...

It's about the weirdest shaped lemon I've personally seen!

Honestly, I think it looks like a pair of boobs, a pair of spread ass cheeks, or the part of the female body that @Plain Jane Taco once referred to as "red snapper"...

 

Looked odd when I cut it in half, too...

 

And even when I juiced it!



Not so much when I juiced the other half though...

Going back through my dashcam still photos from the summer of '17, I came across this one and remembered the basics of what happened...

In this particular shot, I was driving on East State Street, a one-way street. That white Prius about to make a left onto East State Street from North Broad Street. The Prius clearly has a stop sign (marked with a red arrow), and I obviously have the right of way...

I don't remember what happened, but I guarantee it was one of two scenarios...

1) The Prius either rolled the stop sign and blindly made a left turn.
2) The Prius actually stopped, but didn't double-check to see if it was clear, and started to pull out.

You can tell by how far the front bumper of the Prius is sticking out that they were about to pull out in front of me, and the one thing I do remember vividly is laying on the horn!



By the way this is literally just around the corner from where the drunk guy in the Mercedes hit me, and if I hadn't been alert I would have bulldozed that Prius!

The parking lot at the local Acme market absolutely sucks!

A common occurrence in Doylestown Borough during the summer would be lines of vehicles that stretch an entire block, or more!

People always take the turn from South Pine Street onto East Court Street too damn wide!

There are several reasons I think it should not be allowed to drive through the Borough!
