If I ever have a problem with mine, I just walk around the back of the truck and use my finger to wipe the lens. Make sure yours is clean.

    Calm down...

There is a setting for camera brightness in the radio. Check your manual, it will tell you what you need to know. Mine was set on max brightness when I got the truck, so the camera was nearly useless at times.

For real, op, doesn’t look THAT bad. Have the dealership check it out.

That would have been helpful information for your original post.

You could ad additional LED white lights in the back for superior lighting.

Wouldn’t it be funny to jack his camera feed with a video of dead bodies or something worse for whenever he puts it in reverse? Edit: oh yeah- :) (Smiley for sarcasm)

I just turn down to running lights if he glare is bad it will turn the tag lights off and your back up lights will be bright enough.

Is that the max amount of glare you’re getting?

I do the same to back into my drive - always park facing the barn doors!

But yeah, lots of glare if it’s too bright for the camera at night. Even the brake lights are enough. I don’t think OP will be able to do much more for it if all is clean on the lens, etc.

One question for OP- if it’s cold where you are at night, could there be condensation on the inside of the camera lens?
