It runs to a box on the driver side kick panel. Removing the plastic panel under the dash to the left of the pedals will expose the connection point. The box then has a wire that runs to the shark fin. I can post more info later.

So no plug like that in the kick panel? And your truck does have the shark fin? Might be easier to just put sat antenna under the dash, top of the radio?

Factory to factory, I don’t think so.

Take a look at the connectors in these threads:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2009-tacoma-satellite-antenna-location.11978/

This is a square connector connecting to the sat antenna module. If you look at the TSS aftermarket deck to factory antenna adapted, the actual plug is square on the sat side.

If you look at the pictures half way down in this thread:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/satellite-radio-antenna-adapter.184477/

They show the back of the deck is also not round. The round connector is what aftermarket decks/antennas use.

Seems unlikely to find a wire to connect both off the shelf except from Toyota, as there would be no market or purpose since the trucks already have them. What I could maybe see though is:
-OEM antenna (square) to aftermarket deck deck (round) wire
-OEM deck (square) to aftermarket antenna (round)
Get a female/female adapter to plug the 2 above round wires together to make the connection.

Other options would be soder a new connector onto your existing cut wire. Or there is a company that makes custom wires for this stuff, to-order. I’ll see if I can dig it up.
