I was eating a burger and it fell apart, needless to say I’ve got some stains. I tried some generic upholstery cleaner which left spots, then used steam cleaner I had which removed the residue from the chemical cleaner, but initial stains are still somewhat visible. What works?

Try the interior cleaner from Adams polishes. It’s amazing.

I used a Bissle steam cleaner. Doesnt actually have steam but whatever. For the cleaning liquid I use Clorox 2 (non-bleach) mixed with water. Worked good with removing all the cigarette smoke that was in the seats, carpet etc when I got the (used) truck.

I have decent steam cleaner from Amazon, with water only it does very little, I had an idea of adding some sort of detergent to water/steam to see if that works.
I looked at Adam’s polishes, unless I missed it they only have interior detailer, which is mostly used on plastics/vinyl

This cleaner worked. Sprayed it on the seat, used a toothbrush to clean surrounding area, then ended with steam cleaner and rag to soak up residue as much as I could. Cleaned up well.

I have a vapor chief 75 steam cleaner and a mytee carpet extractor. The intial investment is high but they can be used to clean almost everthing.

Next time use "Resolve." Will clean about any fabric. You can get it anywhere. I've been using it for years and have yet to have a fabric stain it wouldn't remove. It helped me clean up my two kid's spills for 18 years haha.

My dad peed all over (don’t ask) my new trucks passenger seat and all I did was warm water plus baking soda and let it sit all night, then vacuumed up in the morning. Cleaned

I've used Aerospace 303 multi surface cleaner for a long time. It works great. I also use Aerospace 303 fabric guard. Also works great and has UV protection, no smell after drying. Makes cleanup a snap. I even put the stuff on my tennis shoes and hats.

While spraying the fabric guard in your truck be sure to wear a long sleeved shirt and particle mask.

Zep makes a upholstery cleaner, it comes in a tube filled with wet towels. I use it at work, it is very good at getting dirt and grease out of carpet or seats.
