What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Finished installing my new to me uca.

 

I’m not completely sure, but I think so yeah? Mines at least 4 years old, I took it off last year and had it re powder coated.

Well it happened today. Very first accident and I’m at fault . Bummed out and just glad no one got hurt since my little girl was in the tuck with me. I reversed into someone pulling out of a parking space. Looked over my shoulder but I should’ve looked at the side mirror and camera like I usually do. Hit be guys driver door probably close to 4-5 mph. His 93 Altima door is done and so is his door window.

The whole thing sucked because he and his wife wanted to argue with me about things and I already told them let’s have our insurance handle it. But they kept pressing and I let it be since I had to bring my daughter to her class and I’ve given my sincerest apologies . It’s not like I wanted this to happen to anyone . Anyways got home, pulled the bumper out a bit on the passenger side and cleaned up a bit. Still bummed but at this point , the insurance companies will have to handle it and I’ll have to expect a hike in my rates down the road.

 

guys, i opened my catch can today and notices some water as well. moisture in my crankcase. I have 30K on a 4.0L.

is it the PCV valve already?

anyone else have moisture in their can?

New muffler. Went with the Jones 2525XL. Really happy with it. Just need a truck wash now.

Picked up a Yakima Megawarrior off Facebook Marketplace to put on top of my Rago Fab rack that I have coming. Couldn't beat less than half price of new for near-new condition. I'll probably give it a top coat of satin black to match the rack when I paint that.

So it was time, actually a little late, i swapped all my fluids, frnt&rear diffs, t-case,and manual transmission to redline. In order to do that i had to remove my skids, and since i had them off, i powdercoated them purple to match some other stuff on my truck.

 

Your getting as bad as the rest of the knuckleheads keeping everything secret. I guess I'm just jealous I have no money to do anything ha!

Yes,
I always have moisture in the cold weather. The upside is the water is not going in to the intake.

 

Took advantage of the comfortable temps today. Pressure washed the underside, hand washed the outside, cleaned the interior, washed floorliners, and waxed.
