Done for the day. At home kicking back with the dogs, thinking I'll get some steaks out of the freezer for tomorrow night.

I always thought 4lo felt like “tractor mode” in my Tacoma, that effect without stressing/binding the front end when maneuvering/backing a trailer would be beneficial I always thought.

We had a repair needed on ours last month. (Ding in the wall during transport) They came to our house picked it up and dropped it off the next day. Excellent customer service. Repair is seamless:thumbsup:

What I was thinking with a 20’ RV and a driveway that I can’t turn around in so it has to be backed in.
And speaking of RVs. Got this in the mail today.

So it seems the weak point in the Tacoma starters is the contacts wearing out in the solenoid. That explains why it doesn't want to start in the mornings and even why it stayed engaged, but not why it starts when I click on the clutch bypass. But I haven't seen anything on the clutch pedal safety switch.

One of my few visits to a church was when my wife and I were married...and there was an earthquake. I took that as a message.
