Is it possible to wire up just the yellow running lights to a switch? SR5 models and others come with yellow running lights instead of the stock Off Road LED’s.

I’m Looking to add raptor grille lights to my grille and string them up with my un-utilized yellow running lights with a single flip of a switch.

    Anyone done or seen this?

Where are these yellow running lights that you speak of located?

I believe the SR and SR5 use the turn signals as drl. If that is the case you cant do this on your OR, because switch in DRL you get the led strip.
You could wire up your "raptor" lights on a separate switch and maybe tie into the turn signals wiring, but would it affect them flashing when you needed a turn signal? You would need to find out how the lights are wired on the SR5.

Yes the SR and SR5 use the front turn signals as DRL because they don’t have the LED ones. The trouble in modding the OR would be that the DRL constant feed would have to be disconnected whenever the trun signal was activated on that side. In theory you could use a relay on each side or a trailer light converter but either of those would cause the front turn signals to flash opposite of all the other turn signals.
