Its like me having nearly all of the OG NJDBs banned for racist remarks.....


But they were off TW....so guess what? I handled them my way...

I gotta give props to Joe @Blackout14 for showing remarkable restraint on this forum (and outside of the forum) regarding the destruction of his property.

I'm pretty sure if this happened to any of us, we would have unleashed holy hell. At least I would've.

Here’s where I stand being neutral in the situation..

The situation does have this underlying unfairness about it..

There’s video of it, talk of it, but was not broadcasted for the masses on this site. Quickly reminds me of the same bullshit schools do.. When I was in high school there would be altercations and fist fights AFTER school. School bus drops you off, drives away, fight ensues. The next day school gets involved and orders suspensions. What does after school situations have to do with in school punishment. I personally find it very familiar to this permanent ban.

 

I most definitely agree with this.

@Blackout14 knows that I am not condoning the destruction of his personal property, not saying that the offenders should not be punished. I just do not like the fact that things that you do in real life can cause you to get banned from TW. So, if anyone ends up with a DUI, or is charged with a misedeanor, remember to not discuss it on here because of the likelihood of being banned.

 

While I 100% agree with the fact that he should not be banned due to an outside issue, it did affect another TW member. Similar to chux's comparison; schools get involved to protect their students, whether its at school or not. If I had to guess Id say this is the reasoning behind Hunters ban. Thats just my 2 cents on the situation.
