Every tacoma '95-'17 is a 6 lug with the same pattern, 5 lugs are 2wd, pre-runners are 2wd 6 lugs.

Ok.... now what's the difference between prerunner and just 2wd?

And to answer your question, I ask you a question. Do you like the wheels? If the backspacing is something you can deal with/like/use and you like em, then go for it! 125 doesn't seem too bad. Maybe throw an offer out there of less. Seems like the seller wants them out of their way.

A pre-runner is kind of an off road capable truck, that's rear wheel drive, instead of 4WD. I've seen them a lot in San Diego where they excel at high speed, relatively flat, wide open spaces.

yea would cost me a tank of gas getting up there too... I wanted scs f5s but these wouldn't bother me for the price. bs is the same as stock wheels so its not a huge issue I would just prefer 3.5". pre runners I believe have a different suspension set up, sit higher, 4x4 wheels, skids, I think some of them came locked?

Maybe wait it out until @fatfurious2 sells his wheels? He has the exact same ones as me. I know you have the blacked out look going but the bronze might look good on all black

Nope. I know there are a lot of pre-runners out there that can out-run/out-maneuver our 4WD trucks in the dessert.

And yes, the desert is considered Off Road terrain.

I know nothing of any deserts since I've never been. I do know that no pre runner is making it on NJ beaches though.

I actually don't want the blacked out look lol, everyone does it. I was gonna go matte dark bronze, just haven't felt like spending an arm and a dick on wheels.

Well no, since there's no real way to prove it. However, I've already pulled two trucks out this season which were 4x4. Sand is soft. Maybe if they blasted through is on 35" BFG's at 70 mph they'd be okay.

You’re gonna need to break out the angle grinder and BFH David. Order three more and get to work already.

@Lux i know the price it tempting but just be aware that those wheels are already a few years old. Add Nj winters you may have to spend a weekend grinding/sanding and repainting them. I love steel wheels but they are a bitch to keep keep nice with the northeast rust
