Haha, glad someone else gets it. I’m a fire and rescue helicopter pilot in Alaska, so I’ve seen a lot of the terrain. If this state could be ‘overlanded’ people would be doing it. They’re not. The only overland is on snow machines in the winter. But I digress, that post just struck a nerve. Haha

Same here, I fly from Wainwright and see all the awesome areas I can’t get to without a good jet boat or my own plane. I do my best in the summer with my ATV and in the winter with the snowmachine but it’s not the same.

Ah right on! I fly the AS350 parked on the wainwright BLM/Alaska Fire Service helicopter ramp in the summer. Stop by some time.

My wife's best friends husband is in a subie car club. 90% of them are douches. That's okay though. My 1990 DSM with 300k miles eats them up.

Only the lesbo wagons. The sedans are douches who think they are fast.

I don't buy it. No one goes from that gorgeous Taco to that chromed out mess of a Tundra.
    I call Troll.

    Nice try.

I'm thinking about jumping ship.... is there a good Honda CR-V forum that is as good as this?

Little 1.5 turbo is sweet to drive! :)

No trolling its happening, in fact i drove my buddies 2.7L ecoboost f150 today and was impressed. Sick of my noisey front end both howling and banging when it goes over drops, clunking when slowing down, shuttering when slowing down, funny rattle in window when half way down, crappy fuel economy without lots of power! Test driving both the Tundra and F150 tomorrow to see which one I like better.

Too bad it didn't work out, did Toyota not warranty fix any of the issues you had?

We have 2 16's we use on our farm with about 60 grand each on them. No issues, and they get used. My Dads ride is a 17 Raptor. He has about 15 grand on it, no issues. Not a pro Ford or anti Toyota. Just stating facts.

My Mailman bought one of those Rock Warrior Tundra's and got rid of it after 2 months as he said it was horrible on gas, sure looked nice though.
