    i bought the bilstine 5100s Can I just put them in on the stalk setting with the stalk coils intell I decide to lift the truck? Will it ride fine? Or can I lift just the front a little without any problems what’s the highest I can go if I do that with out messing with the back?

    You can set them to 0 and it will ride better than stock. If you want to level out the front with the rear, set them to .85 (the second notch) and you will also be fine.

    Yeah.
    I personally would use the stock setting and would not preload the springs on the Off Road -- they are progressive springs. The first 0.85 setting might be OK, and lots of people do it, but it may stiffen your ride somewhat. And you might discover some new rattles that you don't like. I had 5100's on my 2012 at stock height and it looked fine and rode great.
