One of my fogs went out just a few days after install. I unplugged and reconnected the harness but nothing. Should I contact you guys directly through your website for troubleshooting? @Baja Designs

    Sorry about the issue!

Have you tested the light directly to the battery? This will help determine if it's an issue with the internals or on the wiring side.

If the problem persists please call our warranty department at 800-422-5292

Dumb question but what’s the best way to connect it straight to the battery with that connector that’s on the wires?

    Something like this would work:
    https://www.amazon.com/Sumnacon-Cro...TF8&qid=1517873822&sr=1-17&keywords=alligator

You can clamp the pin inside the connector and go directly to the battery.

I’ll post this picture again for anyone that hasn’t seen it or is on the fence about getting a set...

Top photo is Low beam headlights only

Bottom photo is Low beam headlights and Baja Designs Squad Pros with Amber Wide cornering Lenses in the fog pocket location. 1D78FCEB-BFDB-456B-B891-8905F88FD5F9.jpg

When I had clear lenses in the driving combo pattern I got flashed with the high beams a lot, with this lens, it’s one in every 40 cars maybe. Not to mention the Amber really helps distinguish things at night better.

I’ve had DOT legal OEM HID kinda blind me.

But yes, I don’t condone riding with a light that’s made for offroad use.... on-road.

I live in Philly.. where driving with all lights lit including high beams is a thing. Everyone seems to do it. I really only have a problem when it's someone behind me and they are HBing my rear view mirrors. I'm going to mod my 3rd brake light so it's a lot brighter (LEDs) and I can turn it on when blinded by people with HBs on behind me.

5000K - thanks placed my order already it's all good. Reason I asked is I have LEDs in my lows and highs and I sorta kinda like the colors to be the same or close.

Ambers do light up better specially in the fog and rain.

I've had the Baja Designs Pro amber wide cornering on for close to a year now, I used to run my fog lights on (with auto headlights) all the time, got flashed from time to time, but usually that was when I was pointed up hill or hit a bump causing more "flash". I did try to angle them down a bit more in the mounts, don't know if I actually changed anything though.

I like the Pros in that in all but the heaviest snow we get in CO (Not especially wet snow like east coast) the lights were able to keep themselves clear as long as I cleaned them before driving. I think if they weren't recessed in a pocket they'd do even better.

Trying to decide if I should get the combo lenses or not.

OH hey.. thanks for the tip there Ebbs.. I ordered the Squadron Sport WC, I didn't know that I could get the high output PRO with the same bezel and kit??

I sent an email to see if I can get the brighter lamps @Baja Designs

Is the PRO kit the same as the sport but with brighter LEDs?? Make the switch if possible? I placed an order last night for the Squadron Sport WC.

as far as I know it is, never had the sports so don't know for sure, but know that the Pro fit just fine and are bright as hell. that picture @SoJersey posted is a PERFECT representation of what they look like real world (ie it isn't "boosted")

When did you send in the email? If you don't hear back from us tomorrow (Monday) give us a call at 800-422-5292.

You can easily run the Pros instead of the Sports, it'll just cost a little extra :D. Not a hard swap at all! The components are nearly identical between lights with a circuit board and LED change being the major difference.
