4.56 and I got power back driving the hill country. I need to buy a few more tools and make some tools as well to make the job easier, but other than that, the process went well. The Detroit TruTrac I put in the rear was a good decision for me as well.

But I did give supervisor a heads up a month ago when I applied. I’m on call next week so they won’t fire me,maybe. He’s asked almost daily if I had heard anything.

 

They called Friday evening. I asked to have the weekend to talk to wife. They appreciated that and I’ll call tomorrow.

In my trade I’ve found out over the years you either have pay or benefits. Haven’t seen both. Was in a union shop here long ago but wasn’t worth having to watch your back constantly

 

Tried to get into the union once, but because i didn't one answer to a question they wouldn't hire me. This happened when I was first getting started in this trade, no regrets..

 

It helped me get this place and was about it. Now we’re fast tracking our plans to move so it’ll cut drive in half

Totally loving my Sunday here at the Austin Hilton for a conference I got sucked into somehow.

No, I've never owned a 2wd truck at all. I've always had 4wd's and my current ones are what's in my sig minus the 82

Happy Sunday everyone. My big plans of doing my suspension this morning have been thwarted. Got the garage cleaned out enough to have space to work. But it seems my hydraulic lift doesn't go high enough

Unless someone has a better suggestion it looks like I'll be getting a Hi-Lift this week. Might as well I suppose. I guess I should have one with a lifted truck anyway
