    I have the one flaps, on my second gen I trimmed them shorter but I don’t know if it will look as clean on these ones..

    I’m partial to RallyArmor UR- they might be next.

    I put Rokblokz on mine. I'm pretty happy with them. They are tough but flexible. And mounted to existing holes. I don't have any good pics of them but there are some on their website. It's friggin cold outside or I'd go take some.

    No mostly sand and dirt trails, maybe some gravel but I'm not planning on rock climbing boulders

    In that case, I like the stock ones. I’d also say tube steps or boards would prevent further damage to the rocker panels. I may consider trimming the stock flaps a bit though.

    I do some light offroading in sand/rocks/snow. I broke one of my stock mudflaps already =\. Looking for some more rubbery ones so they bend and dont just snap.

    I'm not sure about OEM. I had on my 4Runner and they are okay, leaning toward the RokBlokz. I ordered Sliders hope to have those on soon.

    Rokblokz Mudflaps, 2015 TRD Pro Suspension
    I chose Rokblokz. They mount to existing holes, and go on easy. I installed mine in a blizzard with an adjustable wrench, a pair of pliers and a Swiss army knife.
    Don't know if you can see anything in this picture, but it's the only one I have...

    My truck came with the oem mud guards and I'm probably gong to be taking them off. They're a pretty stiff plastic and I'd imagine they wouldn't take kindly to a hard thump without possibly breaking or damaging the fastening holes and possibly the fender/flare. If you're not doing anything off road they'll likely be fine by all means.
    If I were going to add new ones, I would look in the rally armor/rokbloks urethane type. I use them on my wrx during the winter months. Super flexible even in freezing temps and 'a friend' may have ripped one off before with no damage to anything. Just reattach and your good to go.

    Thanks for the responses. I looked at weather tech, husky, Oem, and Rokblokz, as well as some generic ones on Amazon. Thought I wanted a low profile, but can’t seem to find any.
    Those of you who have rokblokz, are the brackets visible or is it a clean install w only flaps seen?
    I watched a YouTube vid a someone had exposed brackets and screws.
