Online or price match at a discount tire probably. Tirebuyer.com is one of many good places to get an idea on pricing.

Also, welcome! This thread is good to keep tabs on local shenanigans and meetups.

This is the one I ended up with. It's set up and I'm doing a test run and smoking some boudin and boneless beef ribs. While we were getting it set up I realized I was going to need a new grill soon as mine has some considerable rust spots. :(

What can I use to keep my camp stove from sliding around on my aluminum camp table?! I was thinking some sort of grippy mat but I'm not sure what.

That cabinet liner material would probably work and it's thin and lightweight so it won't take up much space.

Depending on how the smoke flavor is, and another option, look into the A-Maze-N Smoker.

    Highly recommended.

    Also... Gonna need pics :D

    Thank you!

Found the best deal on some KO2 at tirerack for ~$400 cheaper than discount tire. Do you have any suggestions on where to get them installed? I can't seem to trust any of the shops around San Marcos

I went through tirebuyer and they offered free shipping to installer. I just used a local discount tire. Can't remember how much install was but was still cheaper than doing anything directly through discount. But if you call them they are usually good about price matching.

My friend recommended that to me today and said he uses it to cold smoke stuff.
I don't have any great pics just some of everything on our "fine china" before we dug in. The boudin was absolutely perfect and I think the boneless ribs had a good flavor but probably needed a little less cook time as some of the smaller ones were a little dry on the ends.
