I may be up for some light wheeling in my 2018 DCOR keeping the pin striping to a minimum (washes, wider trails, no rock crawling). This place is awesome, been there many times on bikes, but have not visited since 2009, when all the "Trail Closed" signage went up. It is 216 mile one way trip for me.

Did you guys wheel up to McIver's Cabin?

My buddy has been many times and we talked about a group ride up there for this trip. If he ends up coming he will be leading it.

I have been there many times. Who knows what it is like now. It might be tamed by all the SxS UTV action going on nowadays.

@Thesandaddict Harley, I'll be going out to Stoddard Wells on the 23-25, the following weekend. so I can't make this one. I really want to go out with you and your girl. Maybe next time, or maybe you make the following week to Stoddard. We'll have about 15 quads and 2 razors and some 4x4 trucks.

FYI tons of police/sheriffs patrolling the area last time I was there but it was not a good experience being harassed because of other retards doing dumb stuff. I’m just putting it out there, not trying to be a party pooper haha

I'm sure these guys will have fun and not attract the police. They go out there all the time. I'm sure they respect the area.

Yeah I think Harley's girl would have something to say about him jumping tacomas.

@Ruben526, you don't shit where you eat. If your going to act a fool, your not going to be invited back. That's what guys that go out there say.

Harley has been going out there for a while. He's not going to put himself in a bad situation.

Well i appreciate the vote of confidence from @BLKTRUCK .

We like to have a good time but i will be the first person to keep a group in check as to respect other campers, rangers and our camp site. Im a huge supporter of pack it in and out and gun safety, so beyond that if a ranger wants to hassle us it is probably due to some individuals being complete morons and if that is the case then honestly the ranger will be the least of their worries.

I see it as we are representing a group, no matter what affiliation. Tacomaworld, checkers, my race team etc.... when a large group gathers they become responsible as an entity more than just a family or group of friends. We represent a purpose . We're an example.

So, work hard, play hard , and be responsible doing it. Most of us have work Monday mornings and im sure that it will be a better experience if there is a little trail carnage and good stories rather than a bail bond or black eye and hurt feelings.

@Ruben526 feel free and meet up with us, so far it looks like a good group and between the toys and tacomas and hopefully good food and brews we're bound to have a good time.

And i take all responsibility for any ranger activites before hand lol. Im quiet the cunning linguist and master debator.
