NE area wheeling trip plans

That is always my worry, I wasted some $$$ on gatorbacks on my ford that wouldn't fit no matter what because of the larger tires. I'd love a front flap, just worried about spending and them not fitting. I'll have to check these out more, thanks for the link.

edit: ordered a set for the front, the description says they have a line to cut out just for people who are worried about fitment like I am!

 

Well... Yea they do but fitment with 285's after trimming might be in question.

 

I am only going 265/75/16, a little bump from stock, so I should be good I think. Once I redo all the suspension, then I will bump up the tire size and see how they fit at that point.

 

Thats what i have, and i hated the factory flaps so i already had the basic rockblokz on, you should be good

 

All I know about the factory ones is that my cousin keeps ripping his off, and we aren't even off roading, just stuck in some mud. I have them for the rear, but when they fall off I'll replace them.

 

I guess I should post into here so I can actually see when things get planned.

 

Oversized rokblokz flaps fits my 255/85r16 with no issue. But were shortly removed by some rocks on tight trails. I should see if they can send me new hardware to refit them.

Yeah we need a trip up this summer

 

You don't want to go to Field and Forest! It's too extreme for a lightly built rig. You really want a pretty well built rig to run there

 

How about Jericho? How is that place?

 

Jericho in NH? All I know about that area is the ATV trails and sometimes they allow you to drive the ATV's one the road

 

Field and forest is not a good place for a daily driver. I’ve never been to Jericho. I’ve always wanted to make the trip up to Rocky Mountain terrain park in Maine . Check them out on Facebook .
