With all this tech shit on the 3rd gen, how come it does not act like a Tardis? How come I can't hit one of these many buttons and have another weekend NOW? :goingcrazy:

Anyone know of a reputable off road shop in or around Charleston SC? I am looking to get some shocks rebuilt or revalved.

If you want to rebuild them yourself (not hard), I've got an OTC Strut Tamer to compress your coils and I have the ability to charge them with nitrogen when ready.

Are the seals leaking? Have something to put on the truck while Foxes are off?

Nice! I do have my oem suspension to throw on off need be. The coilovers are still in the box, 2.5s bought off TW I just wanted to test em and make sure they don’t need to be serviced prior to install I believe they have 10kish on them. The rear 2.5s are mounted. But I can swap em out easy enough.

If they're not leaking oil, do you just want to check nitrogen charge or would you rather just rebuild them before putting them on?

You can see Fox's recommended service intervals here: http://www.ridefox.com/service.php?m=offroad

If the shocks have been 100% street use, they're not recommended for service until 50k miles.

Hose it out and throw that sucker back there. It'll get crap under it anyway...

I still get dirt, water, etc. in mine and I've got a shell.

Big stuff (debris) stays out but before I had my bedslide and still had the mat back there, it still got dirty underneath it.

What @dan0mite said. I never lift mine up and clean under it. When I was th truck it stays in. Maybe once every few months I'll take it out and power wash it but that's about it
