I bought my '16 Tacoma with 27,000+ miles on it. Had the oil changed at 28,000+ miles (not knowing the 10,000 suggested time frame). BUT have not gotten any 30,000 mile maintenance reminders.....currently just turned 31,000 miles.

When the oil change was done, could the dealer (Buick/GMC that I have gone to for over 20 years with every brand of vehicle) have somehow skipped/delayed the reminders???

Off hand, what should be done at 30,000???? I will get my book later, when I have time, to check - I assume it is in the owners manual somewhere, right??

    THANKS!!!!

Reminder light comes on between 4,500-5,000.

30K/60K/90K maintenance is supposed to include:
    • Oil change
    • Rotation
    • Spark plugs
    • Cabin/air filter
    • Lube driveshaft (zerks x 5)
    • Retorque driveshaft bolts

I am pretty sure our Spark Plug Interval is 60k on the 3rd Gen 3.5, I know it was 30k on my old 4.0.

Whoops, missed his year on the OP. All I know is the 4.0 is 30k interval; not sure on 3rd gens.
