    Hello TW,
I had a lift installed on my 06 TRD Off Road, 5100 billies with ome 885 coils, LR uca's
and a deaver add-a-leaf. The ride with my stock alloy wheels and 265/70/16 cooper m&s
tires is better than stock. Takes the bumps just fine. There are no problems with alignment issues and very minimal vibrations. When i changed to the SCS wheels with 265/75/16 Toyo Open Country AT II tires my ride becomes very rough. I know that the coopers are a softer rubber tire than the toyo's, could that be the reason, or does the SCS wheels with more negative
offset also play a roll in this. The toyo's are a standard load rating and I run an air pressure of. 32psi. Both my tire guy and the dealer don't have an answer. Thanks

Just the backspacing of the wheels shouldn’t make it ride rougher. The cooper m+s should ride pretty soft though since they are a winter tire and have really soft compounds. What pressure were you running for the winter tires?

Put the old wheels tires back on and see if it smooths back out. If so, then you know it's the new package. If not, it's something else.

Can you define 'rides rough'? Like the suspension is harsh, or there is a vibration like an out of balance something?

The ride is harsh, rough roads are hell. the truck runs down a smooth road just fine. The old wheels and tires have been off and on twice already.

Take a second peek at those Toyos and make sure they don't have LT in the sizing.

I checked and they have the P rating. At first I got them in a C load and quickly changed them. The ride was even worse.
