When i bought it i was 5'10 and 160. Had plenty of extra space on the belt to tighten it further. Only way to know if itll fit is for her to try it

Has 3-400 rounds through it max (honest, only bought 4 boxes and still have quite a bit of 40 left. Comes with 2 Glock magazines and a red lion front sight. I like it but I need $ for suspension more! $400 (sight alone is $100)

Also have a 48" high lift F/S has a neoprene boot, $60. No pic because its a high lift, they all look the same.

Make sure when she tries it on, asknone of the employees to help fit it. They should load it with some weight, and use the plastic chart thing to measure her shoulder/neck area down to her hip bone area. As the size of the packs don’t vary on waist size or anything else, just the placement of where the straps start in your shoulders and making sure the hip belt is aligned on your hips to carry your weight. On a good pack you can almost have no carry weight feel on your shoulders, and use your hip and lower half to carry the weight.
