    Maybe I’m missing it, but checked the alpha page and it shows the last update as early December?

    I've been driving in S-4/5 around town, D on the interstate so keep that in mind as I know it affects the TC lock, but I was actually noticing yesterday morning that my truck didn't do the normal "thud" at the stop sign in my neighborhood as it used to cold so signs are positive thus far...

    @bshammer0 have you had to drive in windy conditions at all? If so, has the 6-5-4-5-6 dance calmed down with 1.03?

    20mph winds on my drive yesterday with gusts higher, but living in Tennessee we rarely get the kind of winds you get up in ND. No issues with the dance though. It will still bump down to 5th when it NEEDs to, but he has the shifts much smooth/faster it doesn't bother me if it needs to drop to 5th. Have not seen it do a dance to 4th AT ALL though.

    I do think it's worth being a bit realistic in terms of 5th and 6th - with 6th being a double overdrive gear there is a point where you just ask for bogging if you don't do a perfectly timed, smooth downshift and from what I'm seeing he has this nailed pretty well. It doesn't really "dance" though, just an occasional downshift to 5th when it needs it then it doesn't upshift to 6th prematurely (which is likely the cause of the dance we've experienced).

    @bshammer0

    Have you use cruise control? If so, is it pretty smooth or jumpy?

    Have not used cruise - and rarely do honestly. When I did it was jumpy (pre 1.03 testing) and given I would set it and then end up having to cancel it quickly for passing, etc., I just don't bother most of the time. That is the one thing I would like about the 18s w/ their adaptive cruise - that would make me use cruise if I didn't have to cancel or take over all the time.

    My primary use case for cruise these days is when I know i'm in a 45 mph speed trap or something and I'll set it just to be sure i can't get popped for going over... :) Sorry I'm not much help

    After about 400 miles on 1.02C A 87 I feel like it's already going back to old habits mostly city driving

    1.02C-A (91) did the same for me. HOWEVER... I found that I could help it to heal itself by refraining from using Cruise Control, and throwing in an occasional jack-rabbit start (for no good reason). Others have done a re-flash to start the 400 mile counter over again.

    Reflash it and drive in S-4 in town, D on the highway. Won't revert that way ;-)

    I'm surprised you haven't yet developed a "manual in a box" solution for the autos complete w/ shifters and clutch with all your skills :) that said, the man is getting real close and the only way he'd be able to whittle down the torque learning completely is with the seat time he's now getting in his R&D truck!

    Howdy AT folks. I tried something different on my last flash and I'm not yet sure if it's just placebo, but before I did my last reflash I thought to myself "I bet there are a bunch of learned values in my gearbox/TCU file." I also hypothesized that, just like the P5-Canbus ECU file, when you flash it - even with the same tune / file, it clears the learned values. So I then assumed that I would do some level of learning clearing by reflashing my stock TCU file before I flashed the tune from OV. Give it a blank canvass to work with, essentially. In comparison it seems the transmission shifts even more smoothly than it did on my prior flash of the same tune.

    At this point I have no other data to confirm whether this was just a waste of time or my imagination but am curious if others have tried this for any reason with any level of success?
