    Ive changed some parts but the next part is the whole control panel which is around $265...for now we just adjust by adding 25 to the recipe's desired temp. We noticed it was taking a long time or not cooking properly and narrowed it down to the temp not being correct. I did change a lower burner which did actually help but its still not right.

    Quite irritating, they just don't make stuff that lasts anymore. If mine needed a 265.00 part I would probably buy a new stove.

    New home for my pizza adventures cuz @la0d0g called me out in the smoking/BBQ thread lol. I attempted pizza the first time last week and made a calzone cuz I didn't put enough flour....

    @wilcam47 I did a quick search all the recipe for dough are good for wood fires pizza. I always here it need to be dough specific to handle the 600+ degrees heat for a wood fired oven. I literally have no idea what I'm doing, but I do know how to make a fire lol. Any advice is welcomed.

    That pretty much answered my question. A few pages back you posted recipes of dough on neopolitan pizza and New York style. Sorry for the confusing post.
