    hey i was thinkin bot doin a lift on my 1st gen taco. But i dont know what one an i dont want to go crazy on it were its my daily driver an i tow a boat sometimes. I need some help on which one is the best to get an that aint alot of money, an that i can put on my self are with some friends helpin. If any are like that an what all that i need to change out. i dont want to go over 3 in i dont get to go off road like i would like so am goin for more of the look an if i do get to go off road i will have what i need.

    A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
    Check out ToyTec/OME lifts or Bilstein 5100's.

    wow thats funny haha:) i glad someone eles likes them lol what size u getting an were from, an what price u get them for if u dont care me asking. an do u have a link to the bilstein 5100;s set at 2.5. i have looked an i keep seein diff parts for the 5100's an the prices are from 299.00-999.00

    thanks buddy an i am goin to get my frame looked at next week sometime i hope so if i have to get a new frame i hope i can get the lift in, be4 they do it cuz people say on here that the dealer installed if for free :D haha free labor am in for some of that!!!
    When are u goin to put up some pics of ur taco with the new wheels on it i would like to see how they look on the taco's

    well i haven't gotten the wheels yet because my parents are making me get an A in my last calculus class before I do anything else to the truck. But i'm finishing the class this week so possibly within the next couple weeks i should have them :D

    how old are u lol am just 26 but didnt go to collage just went to toyota here in ky. an make some camrys!!

    right now i'm 18 and a senior in high school. after I graduate i get to keep my taco till my first semester of college starts. If i pull good grades then I get to have it with me at college my 2nd semester. my dad wants to have the taco to drive to work till he buys a new car. but no matter what I will get it back by my sophomore year. When I do get it back i plan on putting a 2.5 in bilstein lift on the front. Don't want to do it now because my dad puts lots of miles on what he drives because he works a good 30 minutes from home.
