I'm going to have to some see you to get some cutting done. I've got 16 rock rings that need a chunk taken out of them to fit in the rims....

    Certainly

I'll cut a jig out that the rings will sit in and weld it to the table then run the whole lot out.

I'm not sure if @Skell has the room or other projects going on, but I am going up on saturday to finish up my bumper. Maybe you can drive up as well? I'm not coming back to philly, otherwise I'd offer a ride with me.

I wish I could leave it the bare metal look and not have to grind down the welds. I love that kind of look!! my mom said it's ugly though @Skell BUT she also says I'm handsome so there's that...:rofl::rofl:

Got some paint on @Redmann bumper! Plus the 1" solid bar soft shackle mounts, front outriggers, safety chain plate. Ran into some technical difficulties with the licence plate mounting / lighting.

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
Got these installed yesterday prior to installing the CBI bumper on my wife's 2013 T4R. I drilled the holes out to 1/2" rather that what the instructions say of 9/16" for a tighter fitment. I think 1/2" holes are better especially fitting aftermarket bumpers. Got nuts n plates welded in and painted, looks good n strong now.

I like it. I would definitely put those rubber DRing isolators (or whatever they're called) on them so they don't wear out the plastic.

Ran out of time for the frame reinforcement plates and 1/2" grade 8 bolts. I need more hours in a day!

What are your future plans for rear bumpers? I will be in the market for a standard non high clearance rear with a dual swing out, do you think this is something you'll be tackling in the future?
