    The two wheel rollers make you ride as opposed to rear wheel only....where you just sit there and spin.

    umm just increase your frequency. just think, if you run 2 miles a day, does it really matter if you do it 2 miles at once, or if you do it a 10th of a miles at a time 20 times?

    The only way to get the full cardio benefits is to invoke whiskey dick, which brings up issues of chafing.

    Then there's always the fear of babies, but there's ways "around the back" of that issue.
