    well, at least in my case I feel like my endurance increase each ummm 10th of a miles atleast 2 fold so it would really be more like

    total 2.1 miles if my math hasn't failed me in 5 sets

    I'm sure there is a plateau somewhere and most people in this thread would be willing to look for it.
