    I wonder if they were ever identified and caught? There are a lot of videos of the porch pirates but they don't get license plates, so I wonder. If you have a streetside mailbox maybe put a camera there as well to get a plate...

    Heaps of packages get stolen around here all the time with holidays being insane and filled with reports of theft. We have security cameras as well but have a few different angles that most don’t consider.

    I'd be interested in knowing more of a back story on the guy. In the 2003 photo he is wearing a doctor/nurse "scrubs" top, maybe a med student that cracked under pressure? In the 2018 photo it looks like he is wearing a de-lousing cape.
