My work would tell me to take an Imodium and bring my ass to work.

 

That is the same thing one supervisor would do! Then I got the really weird one....the one who only ate meat that was boiled in plain water. No seasoning. He would carry on about any odor from seasoned food. And then, he constantly lysol'd any one who walked near him. Really strange dude. Felt bad for him as who TF could stand to live that way?

 

Oh, and he would question the legitimacy of your sickness............so yeah, there was that too

I'm offended when people think New Yorkers are fast talkin' city folk.

 

I think I remember that from my days on the truck--vaguely recall a lot of boxed food and such on counters. I am lucky, hubs does a lot of the cooking. He would starve simply because there would be more vegetables than meats and carbs :/ My kid just thinks all meals should be cereal or ice cream
