Came home from vacation to find after 10 days in freezing temps some sub zero that the Tacoma barely cranks over. It's on the battery charger now.

I might toss some down just for the hell of it. The floor in the back seems like it would benefit from some. :notsure:

Unless you know of some cheap mass loaded vinyl. I've already blown way too much money on my rig this year.

I'll be getting all those areas, and maybe even double up on some critical spots.

    A bit over $1k...

.... and then I still have to pay for the Go Fast Camper.

Cubbies are out now, but I'll be reinstalling them as I like having them. Was going to add some of the deadener to the floor at the bottom of them, and then some on those sheet metal pieces before reinstalling.

Any of you guys with manual hubs running ray10’s? If so, please post pics! I’d like to see if they fit the manual hubs of pickups and 1st gens, and see how they look.

I wouldn't worry about it. Honestly part of me still likes to 100% hear what's going on in the engine and under the truck.

Doubling up will be overkill. They say 75% is plenty to remove all the unwanted resonance. Anything more is pretty much a waste of your money/time. For the closed cell foam aim for 100% (other than inside the outer door skin. There just put a 8x8" piece behind your speaker).

I went overkill on the rear wall. Went for 100% with both the raamat and ensolite. The inside of the outer door skin I put down about 75-80% of raamat as best as I could reach in there. Then the 8x8" piece of ensolite behind the speaker. The inner door skin (directly behind the interior panel) I tried to achieve 100% of both but the outer edge makes it impossible to do so.

Don't forget to put some closed cell foam on the backside of your kick panels.

I just went with OEM. You can buy an inner CV boot kit that comes with everything you need to reboot and then you can use the older parts for the boot slide.

I was told they would have to be machined to fit over the locking hub. F5s where the only ones that worked with them.

Have you looked at Frost King duct insulation from Home Depot(the foam and aluminum foil stuff)? That's what I used, and it worked very well.

0233A7C8-5695-4913-AC17-AC5A54CAA1E9.jpg I took a random glance at my wheel today to find this. Was weird cause all of them were loose, haven’t had this wheel off for months. Took one off another wheel, tightened/checked all four corners, and drove the 100 miles home to buy 2 more.

I don’t even have a crazy ex GF to blame it on....
