Newly Installed Lift! Great Experience with HS

Just wanted to quickly post up about my experience with HS. Although I've never driven anything but a truck, I've never lifted one before. During the time leading up to my purchase, Matt over at HS was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. And even right before I placed my order, Marie was super prompt about answering my last-minute questions. I experienced EXCELLENT customer service the whole time.

I ordered the 5100 kit with HS branded coils and Deaver add a leaf, plus coil assembly. I wasn't sure how the HS coil would play with my pre-runner, but they seem to sit nice so far. Shipping was very quick, and the packaging was done very well.

The ride is pretty good IMO, a bit firmer than the stock TRDOR suspension I removed. I'll admit I was a little unsure about how the grey powder coated springs would look with a silver truck, but you barely notice them at all.

I haven't gotten an alignment yet, so I'm not sure on that part. But so far so good besides that.

Also, do y'all happen to have HS decals on the way? Saw that y'all were out of stock online. I'm one of those people that loves stickers and decals on my stuff, but only from companies I like. Haha.

Haha, not quite. Quite a bit ways out from Charlotte.

 

For anyone who references this later, my mechanic was able to get the truck within spec for the front end alignment. Been about two weeks since then and the truck has handled great.
