I’ll be going 4 runner. Don’t think the tundra ones work on ours. Atleast not without a lot of work. My trucks almost at 200k so my next set of Calipers will be the 4 runner

I was waiting for you to do it first....

I’ll be going with the 4th Gen 4Runner brakes. Need to swap out the dust shield which is the biggest pain as the hub has to come off.

it didn't look that bad in the thread I read.... but they also don't live in Canada lol u would be doing it before me hahaha so too bad for you! I mean you could always not have dust shields lol but that's not my style lol I only have about 30k on my front pads and last I checked there was still lots of life left in them.

I may have less on my pads then you. My calipers are what I’m worried about.

When I helped @NeonHeights do his wheel bearing I was surprised how easy the bolts came up. Never no.

fair enough hahaha I figure I am going to wait until I need to new pads to do the swap. I'm doing enough other stuff to the truck this year it can wait, but I have 240k on the truck so new calipers at this point isn't exactly a waist of money hahaha it just a matter of time before they fail. plus the extra stopping power is a bonus, while I am at it I will throw on some SS break lines. I was going to do the lines in the spring but I will save myself the money and just do all break components at once. I will also replace the drums as well. mostly because I want to paint them, but they are also getting worn, theres a nice lip which prevents me from adjusting the shoes to where they need to be

there you go bud. best price I could find up here when I got mine. but they also changed their free shipping policy lol I got free shipping when I got mine but they raised the purchase requirements to 200$

EDIT: since u wont get free shipping might want to shop around and compare shipping rates.

    http://www.spidertrax.com/Toyota-Hub-Centric-Spacer-Black?sc=2&category=9982

even converted to CND it is cheaper then Northridge, but not sure what shipping would cost

shipping from spidertrax directly is $77, I actually would get free shipping from Northridge since they're sold in pairs the total would be $267, that's much better!!! thanks Erik

I hear nothing but good things about Milwaukee, personally haven't used their tools other than the 12" double bevel mitre saw of theirs that I had to get rid of because a 32nd discrepancy when in double mitre. I use a mix of tools. Stilleto Hammer, Makita d handle mixer, Bosch sds max rotary hammer.... I initially started with DeWalt so kinda got stuck with them as it's ridiculously expensive to buy all new shit just to change brands. I've never had a problem with DeWalt and I beat the shit out of my tools daily. DeWalt currently has the most intuative and accurate 10" sliding mitre saw besides a $1400 Festool. Absolutely love the Milwaukee bits, top quality and they oulast every other brand I've tried. They also have the best sawzall blades.[/QUOTE]

Ya the shockwaves gota be the best ones out there.
Tool wise, Dewalt is my choice!

Just talked to Matt from ecgs for a quote for 4.56 front (no locker) with a trutrack in the rear. I don't want to have to worry about air lines or more electronic components. Trutrack seems to be a dependable upgrade. Opinions on this setup? I was looking at bumpers as the next purchase but I think the truck will be happier with a regear.
