    Blacked out the rings around the vents and installed a trac mount for items using ram mounts above radio on the dash....

    Used Black pinstripe tape and took my time, use my finger nails to seat it around the outside and smoothed it around the inside with fingers when completed. Couple small places where you can still see very little chrome at certain angles. The Black pinstripe tape is a little shiny so I will be looking for matte black to replace this, but this was a test and it seems to work fine.

    The Trac mount I had to trim a little with a Dremmel Tool to make it fit since the space above the radio is not the same all the way across. Used 3M tape to mount it instead of drilling into the dash. Will see how this works before drilling.

    I did the same, but just with scotch tape. Did about 2-3 orbits around the bulb and they pulled right out.

    Did you VHT the chrome housings that the bulbs sit in at all? Looks like you smoked them a little or completely, or it might just be the filter on the picture lol.
