    Sounds exactly what we have going on, was thinking of selling and buying bigger and newer, then I was like no, I've paid off most of the house, let's reno the shit out of it, live in it and buy a second property IN THE MOUNTAINS!!!! Plus it's older in a well treed area. Can't stand new development.. Love old with character.

    I was gonna ask if its up there. I spend a lot of time fly fishing on the South Castle and Carbondale and then skiing in Fernie. I'll keep an eye out for yah!

    It wasn't bad, but there were a few in/declines with the snow/ice/mud that looked a little crazy. I'd never done anything like it before and we all had no issues.

    Seems like everywhere you turn there is some new sign. Biggest problem is you never know whether its legit or not. NO is right - needs to go.

    No sweat. We did do Tower Road in Arches with ice and snow at dusk. The old lady was NOT happy about that one, but we made it with only a scratched hitch on the non-lifted Taco.
