So torn between the p and lt e rated... Probably about 80% paved, but other 20% like death valley, very Ricky. Currently have bfg ko2s 265/70/16 e rated, and they are like Flintstone tires...

Looks like I got screwed by @Discount Tire Direct because I paid right at $700 with just thetwarranty of the tire no certificate or nothing and there 265 70 17 p I've bought a lot of tires and wheels from them. Now seeing others paid $791 with everything for 285s yeah I got a little hammered there I guess.

You should sell that pick to Falken so they can use it in their marketing shots!! Very nice

If there is not "E" or "LT", then it's a P rated tire

This is exactly the setup I am going to do. Looks real good. U take ur fender flares off?

    Trimming, cmc?

Do you have a front skid ?

SR's don't come with flares from the factory. Not trimming or CMC necessary, not even close to needing either. I only have the cheap-o factory skid plate for now. I'm waiting until I decide on a bumper before I choose a front skid .

Ok, I thought I saw trimming in the pic that was the close up, on the inner front plastic. What was your final lift up front in inches ?

I think your truck lucks good without the flares.

I would have to double check my measurements, but at last check I was right at 2.5". I've seen minimal settling, I've had this suspension setup installed for over 2k miles so far.

Really wish they had a 255/80/17 or 285/70/17 in C load. Maybe 40-50 lbs per tire. E load is just so heavy for daily driving but I love it off road. C load would be a nice middle ground don't ya think?

Can’t wait to actually get out on the trails and test these out! They are great on the streets.
