    I'm solo on almost every adventure, so I try to keep risk taking to a minimum. If the winch or tire chains get used, it's to turn around.

    Today was fun. I only had to pull Muddy Jackson a few tugs to get her back to where she had traction. I was in so deep, I was stuck facing downhill. Thank Bob I bought that snatch strap from Wheeler's Offroad a couple years ago. The baby truck had to really get some momentum to move Pigpen's fat stuck ass. She had to back up repeatedly and really worked the kinetic properties of that strap.

    good times. That one never gets old.

    thanks! I can't wait to do some serious overhaul on him this spring in prep for the big trip this fall. Gonna redo the interior, wiring, add new spindles, gusset..everything up front and add meth injection to the motor. And if time/money allows, do the rear axle/shocks/frame.

    Gotta fix Igor first though. Hit a deer earlier this mouth :( timing belt/water pump, plugs, fuel filter, and the front end need to be worked on. Waiting for my title to come back on the new single cab so I can start on Igor and drive the single cab for a few weeks.

    Then Frank's turn.

    They have been making more batches of copper. So hopefully once I have the funds I'll pull the trigger on them.

    Yup 1st gen runner. It's back in lake Tahoe. I gave it to my brother for his 16th birthday and now he's joining the military and won't need it. After 7 years I'll have it back. Will be nice to get them Cali tags off and get MT tags on it

    Its in great shape! Besides the dent in quarter panel which can be pulled out. Rust is very minimal. I bought it in Oakland. It had 18in gangster wheels and low pros when i bought it lol. It was so ugly but it was clean. Has a slight head gasket leak that needs to be addressed soon so I'll rebuild it before I daily it. Would like to take the miles off my taco though.

    sick! I would love one of those. My idea truck to do a 3 link to would be one of those. Love the 1st gen. Had an 86 pickup in highschool before a guy lit it on fire. Awesome truck.

    Pretty much the same link kit and springs out back. Dude literally welded it in and the next day went to Rubicon for a test run.

    Needless to say..it works
