Curious, did anyone remember if coinbase went under maintenance when BCH was added?

Was on reddit a little earlier and I was cruising the cryptocurrency and xlm reddit. Some speculation of it being added to coinbase/gdax. Highly doubt it though. But who knows?

They fucked up adding it (the actually implementation of it not the picking it part) and messed up the price horribly. Ended up spiking up crazy high till they halted it and fixed things

shouldn't it be MH/S not MW?
"It has the financing in place to boost its GPU mining capacity by another 13.6MW in April 2018, and an additional 20.0MW of ASIC capacity by September 2018."

Do you have an old crappy laptop lying around collecting dust? Does it work? Well you can use it to mine! I dusted off my drink holder of a laptop and have it mining right now for AEON. You can use multiple laptops to gain even more. I am collecting old laptops from friends and will aim to set up 10 for mining AEON. It is easy to do. Info here

ya megawatts but I've never hear mining power measured in MW. Seems like the author got it wrong, you'd think a company focused on mining would use the industry standard. Anyways seems like a lot of competition for my little old mine, maybe it's time to sell it.

2 or so tokens a month. ~$10per computer. But could be $100 a month per computer in the future

Correct, generally when talking large mining operations they look at infrastructure, i.e. How much power is available. Hash is going to be relatively standard per rig in a operation like this. It's just how much juice do they have.

Is that before factoring in electricity costs? I know my laptop is pretty much a wash on the hash per watt...course if the coin took off it would be worth more.

Farms seem to like to talk in power usage and not hashing power for some reason.

Found a 1070 ti at work. Hope I can talk wife into letting me get it. Lol. Should be around $380. Told her worst case I sell it on ebay and double our money. But that won't help my mining.

That's how I sold the purchasing of the 1060s 6gb to wife the first time. Got those at $188+tax.

They are hard to purchase on my discount because they don't like selling multiple items of same catagory due to employees reselling in the past. So they highly frown apon it.
