that's great until you find out you can't wash the interior out like you can in a Jeep

 

No lie, if I lived somewhere that didn't get cold, and my truck was just a trail rig, and they made tube doors for an AC, I would do that.

Yeah I could see this being great for beach driving

 

for beach driving it would be cool. I hate when I get the salt spray on the inside windshield though.

I see their purpose for rock crawling and such though

Doesn't sound much worse that the film that vaping leaves on the inside of my windshield. It is absolutely a pain to clean though.

 

made that mistake once when I went to the beach. never again.... always keep my windows up when the truck is sitting there

Lol tell me about it; I expected about 12k a year and I still have 2 months until a year. I ended up having to do errands for work so that's added 2.6k to it and I've only been tracking since June

 

Yeah exactly. Hot vaporized glycerin on cold windows. Eventually it gets hazy and is a pain to drive at night.

Yeah, unfortunately you're right. And now I want to buy a Heep as a second vehicle, but that would be my daily driver and then I wouldn't be driving daily. Because Heep.

 

Track work mileage and deduct that shit unless they are paying you mileage.
