Thinking about doing a little project need help

I have a 2018 Offroad 4x4 with Bakflip MX4. I was looking at my bed the other day and wondered what was under the bed rail plastic trim on 3rd gens. I thought to myself; "it would be nice to put stuff on top of my MX4 when it is fully closed".

SO, if anyone has pictures of what is under that trim on 2016+ Tacoma that would be great!

My goal is to be able to use place tent, track boards, etc on top of my MX4 for transportation and have tie down hooks. On top of that, I am playing with the idea of using one of the holes (if there are any), to mount my Ham radio Antenna.
