    Shit I just drove to Asheville and back, filled up this AM, did a mpg test. I got 232 miles to near the light, was not on quite yet when I filled again. I kept my shit at speed limit, max 65 entire way. Cruise control on flats. Took cruise off on grades and just kept throttle in same position, I slowed, but no downshifting.

    I will have to check my mpg's again... I try to keep it under 80 on the freeway. Best MPG at 73 mph or so.

    That's kinda how mine was before lift and tires I got around 340 miles before the light came on roughly 20 mpgs

    What size tires are you running?

    I have a lift too!

    265/75/r16 bgf ko2, shell, sliders, steel t case skid. alum streamline and alum ifs/mid skid.

    I think removing my rear cats helps too.

    Yeah I am running big ol' 285/70R17, Then being a DCLB I'm heavier to start. Soon though it will be plummeting more when i get sliders and skids. But I am going steel. Each vehicle and persons driving habits and environments are different so there are a lot of variables that can cause such a discrepancy in fuel mileage.
